EQT - Gender Equality Toolkit

A toolkit to facilitate conversations, raise awareness and help drive positive change in the workplace. EQT includes a deck of role-playing cards on gender bias, a handbook and an award-winning infographic poster.

The EQT toolkit was developed as a collaboration between IKEM (Institute for Climate Protection, Energy and Mobility) and Ellery Studio. It was successfully crowdfunded via Kickstarter in 2022. Image credits: Ellery Studio
